I chose to compare and contrast the learning theories by focusing on the role of the instructor and learner, as well as the types of activities utilized in each theory. The Venn diagram format visually highlights these intersections, such as the structured learning strategies common to both Behaviorism and Cognitivism and the emphasis on active learner engagement in both Cognitivism and Constructivism. This design illustrates that, while each theory has distinct characteristics, they also share key elements and are not entirely separate in their approaches. By emphasizing these overlaps and differences, the Venn diagram serves not just as a theoretical comparison but also as a practical tool for applying these learning theories in real-world instructional design. Also, I like primary colors.
